Isolated, not shared

Updates that can't break it
When a new version ships, a hosted board updates itself, verifies it's healthy, and rolls back automatically if anything's wrong — so it's never left down. You can also trigger an update yourself from Settings.
Backed up for you
Your board's settings and history are backed up on the managed platform, so a lost machine is never a lost board.
Minimal telemetry
A hosted board checks in more often and can't opt out, but it sends exactly the same minimal fields as self-hosting: licence id, version, plan, helpdesk product and an optional instance label. Never ticket content, credentials, health details or error messages.
