ConnectWise wallboardThe self-hosted ConnectWise PSA wallboard.
Built for the MSP service desk: put your live ConnectWise PSA queue and per-client status on the wall, with monitoring panels alongside. Nexus reads ConnectWise directly, runs on your own server, and costs a flat £29–£119/month.

What your ConnectWise board shows.
Service tickets & SLAs
Open, in-progress and breaching service tickets pulled live from your ConnectWise boards, with SLA countdowns that turn amber then red before a target is missed — so the desk works the at-risk ones first.
Per-company status
Ticket load and health broken out by company, straight from ConnectWise — the per-client view MSPs actually run the floor on, so a noisy account stands out in one glance.
Monitoring alongside
ConnectWise PSA fills the ticketing slot; run a monitoring vendor in the slot beside it — RMM, network, backup or security — each normalised to the same {name, issues, status} rows.
Connect ConnectWise in three steps.
- Install Nexus
Run the desktop app or the Docker server on hardware you already own. Nothing proxies through our cloud — there isn't one.
- Add your ConnectWise credentials
The first-run wizard asks for your API host (for example api-na.myconnectwise.net), your Company ID, an API member public and private key, and a Client ID GUID from developer.connectwise.com. Nexus calls the ConnectWise REST API directly; your client data never leaves your server.
- Add monitoring & cast
Wire up your RMM or monitoring panel beside the queue, pick a theme, and send the board to the office TV.

Your client data stays yours
Nexus holds your ConnectWise keys on your server and calls the REST API from there. Client and ticket data never lands in someone else's cloud — there's no middleman to trust.
Flat pricing for MSPs
£29–£119/month flat — unlimited screens, agents and the companies you support. No per-seat climb as you onboard the next client.
PSA + monitoring on one wall
ConnectWise tickets and device health side by side, 4K-scaled and themed for the room — the single board an MSP NOC actually runs on.
ConnectWise wallboard FAQ.
What credentials do I need to connect ConnectWise PSA?
Five things from your ConnectWise setup: the API host for your region (for example api-na.myconnectwise.net), your Company ID, an API member public key and private key, and a Client ID — a GUID you register once at developer.connectwise.com. Nexus uses them to read your PSA directly.
What does the ConnectWise board actually show?
Live service tickets with SLA countdowns across your boards, plus per-company status so you can see ticket load by client at a glance. The ConnectWise REST API does not expose live phone-queue or CSAT data, so the board focuses on tickets, SLAs and client health rather than call-centre metrics.
Can I show monitoring next to ConnectWise tickets?
Yes. ConnectWise PSA fills the ticketing slot, and you can run a monitoring vendor alongside it — RMM, network, backup or security — each normalised to the same {name, issues, status} rows, so the NOC sees tickets and device health on one wall.
Where does our client data live?
Nexus is self-hosted. It runs on your own server and calls the ConnectWise REST API directly with your keys, so client and ticket data never passes through anyone else's cloud. Pricing is flat at £29–£119 per month with unlimited screens and agents.
