Zendesk wallboard

The self-hosted Zendesk wallboard.

Put your live Zendesk queue where the whole team can see it — on the wall, the desk, the phone, and inside Zendesk itself. Nexus reads Zendesk Support + Talk directly, runs on your own server, and costs a flat £29–£119/month.

Live from Zendesk

What your Zendesk board shows.

Tickets & SLAs, live

Open, pending and solved across your Zendesk views and groups — including admin custom views — with SLA countdowns that turn amber then red before they breach. First-reply time, a created-volume heatmap and your busiest tags sit alongside, refreshed on a ~60-second cadence.

The Talk call queue

If you run Zendesk Talk, Nexus reads it directly: calls waiting, longest wait and agents on calls, refreshed every ~20 seconds, alongside live agent presence — so the floor reacts before the queue backs up.

CSAT & leaderboards

Per-agent CSAT and solved-vs-target, leaderboards with movement, streaks and Agent of the Week, plus per-organisation client counts so you can see who's generating the volume — the motivation and context layer Explore doesn't put on the wall.

Set up in minutes

Connect Zendesk in three steps.

  1. Install Nexus

Run the desktop app or the Docker server on hardware you already own. Nothing proxies through our cloud — there isn't one.

  2. Add your three Zendesk fields

The first-run wizard asks for your subdomain (the yourco in yourco.zendesk.com), an agent email and a Zendesk API token — generated under Admin Centre → Apps and integrations → Zendesk API. Nexus reads Support and Talk directly; your ticket data never leaves your server.

  3. Pick panels & cast

Choose your panels and theme, then send the board to the office TV — or open it inside Zendesk with the Nexus app.

Your data stays yours

Your API token and every Zendesk read stay on your server. Ticket and customer data never lands in someone else's cloud — there's no middleman to trust.

Flat, honest pricing

£29–£119/month flat — unlimited screens and agents, however many Zendesk views you put on the wall. No per-seat climb as the team grows.

Built for the wall

4K scaling, rotation, themes, a ticker and a full-screen SLA war-room — designed to live on a screen all day, and to open inside Zendesk too.

Common questions

Zendesk wallboard FAQ.

What do I need to connect Zendesk to Nexus?

Three things: your subdomain (the yourco part of yourco.zendesk.com), an agent email address, and a Zendesk API token. You generate the token under Admin Centre → Apps and integrations → Zendesk API; enable token access, add one, and paste it into the first-run wizard. Nexus reads Zendesk Support and Talk directly from there.

Does the live call queue work with Zendesk?

Yes, if you use Zendesk Talk. Nexus reads Talk's voice data to show calls waiting, longest wait and agents on calls, refreshed about every 20 seconds. If you don't run Zendesk Talk, the ticket, SLA, CSAT and leaderboard panels still work in full — only the call-queue panel needs Talk.

Can I put the Zendesk wallboard on a TV?

Yes. Nexus is built for the wall — 4K scaling, panel rotation, themes and kiosk/lock mode, so the board runs on an office TV all day and comes back by itself after a reboot. You can also open the same board inside Zendesk or on a phone.

How much does it cost and where does our ticket data live?

Flat £29–£119 per month, with unlimited agents and screens — no per-seat pricing. Nexus is self-hosted: it runs on your own server and reads Zendesk directly, so your ticket and customer data never leaves your infrastructure.
