NinjaOne wallboardThe self-hosted NinjaOne wallboard.
Built for the MSP and IT floor: put your live NinjaOne device and endpoint health on the wall, with tickets and per-client status alongside. Nexus reads NinjaOne directly, runs on your own server, and costs a flat £29–£119/month.

What your NinjaOne board shows.
Device & endpoint health
Devices with issues across your estate, normalised to {name, issues, status} — the at-a-glance RMM health panel that leads the NOC board, because NinjaOne is RMM-first.
Tickets & queues
NinjaOne ticketing boards and their queues, sitting right beside device health, so the desk sees what's open without leaving the device picture behind.
Per-organisation status
Health and open work broken out by organisation, so you can see at a glance which client needs attention without digging through the NinjaOne console.
Connect NinjaOne in three steps.
- Install Nexus
Run the desktop app or the Docker server on hardware you already own. Nothing proxies through our cloud — there isn't one.
- Create an API app in NinjaOne
In NinjaOne, go to Administration → Apps → API and add a client-credentials app. That gives you a Client ID and a Client secret — the two values Nexus needs to read your instance.
- Pick region, paste & cast
In the first-run wizard, choose your NinjaOne region (US, US2, EU, OC or CA), paste the Client ID and secret, then send the device and ticket board to the office TV.

Your client data stays yours
Nexus calls the NinjaOne API straight from your server. Device, ticket and organisation data never lands in someone else's cloud — there's no middleman to trust.
Flat pricing for MSPs
£29–£119/month flat — unlimited screens and agents, every NinjaOne organisation included. No per-endpoint or per-seat climb as you take on more clients.
RMM + tickets on one wall
Device and endpoint health beside the NinjaOne ticket queue — the single RMM-led board an MSP NOC actually needs, scaled and themed for the big screen.
NinjaOne wallboard FAQ.
What does the NinjaOne wallboard show?
Nexus reads NinjaOne directly to show device and endpoint health across your estate, open tickets and their queues, and a per-organisation breakdown so you can see which clients need attention. NinjaOne is RMM-led, so device health leads the board.
What credentials do I need to connect NinjaOne?
You need your NinjaOne region (US, US2, EU, OC or CA) plus a Client ID and Client secret from a client-credentials API app. Create one in NinjaOne under Administration → Apps → API, then choose your region and paste the Client ID and secret into the Nexus first-run wizard.
Can I see who is online or call queue stats?
No. The NinjaOne API does not expose agent presence, CSAT or a phone or call queue, so the board does not show those. It focuses on what NinjaOne does provide: device and endpoint health, tickets and queues, and per-organisation status.
Where does our client data live?
Nexus is self-hosted. It runs on hardware you own and reads NinjaOne directly, so your device, ticket and client data never passes through anyone else's cloud. Pricing is flat at £29–£119 per month with unlimited screens and agents.

Demo mode fills the board with realistic sample data in about 30 seconds — no account, no card. Like what you see? Plans start at £29/month flat, with a 14-day free trial — billed only if you keep it.
