Freshservice wallboardThe self-hosted Freshservice wallboard.
Put your live Freshservice IT service desk where the whole team can see it — on the wall, the desk and the phone. Nexus reads Freshservice directly, runs on your own server, and costs a flat £29–£119/month.

What your Freshservice board shows.
Incidents & SLAs
Open, pending and breaching incidents and service requests, with SLA countdowns that turn amber then red before a target is missed — so the desk acts while there's still time.
Workload by department
Freshservice organises people by department, so Nexus shows the load that way — open volume, priority mix and SLA health per department, so you can rebalance before a queue backs up.
Queues, trends & heatmap
Live queues alongside created-vs-resolved trends and a created-volume heatmap that shows when tickets land across the day and week — staffing that matches the real peaks.
Connect Freshservice in three steps.
- Install Nexus
Run the desktop app or the Docker server on hardware you already own. Nothing proxies through our cloud — there isn't one.
- Enter your domain & API key
The first-run wizard asks for your Freshservice domain — the yourco in yourco.freshservice.com — and a Freshservice API key, found under Profile settings → API key. Nexus reads Freshservice directly; your data never leaves your server.
- Pick panels & cast
Choose your panels and theme, then send the board to the office TV, a desk, or a phone.

Your data stays yours
Your Freshservice API key lives on your server and Nexus talks to Freshservice directly from there. Incident and SLA data never lands in someone else's cloud — there's no middleman to trust.
Flat, honest pricing
£29–£119/month flat, whatever your Freshservice plan — unlimited screens and agents, with no per-seat climb as the service desk grows.
Built for the wall
4K scaling, panel rotation, themes, a ticker and a full-screen SLA war-room — the incident queue and breach countdowns made to live on a screen all day.
Freshservice wallboard FAQ.
What do I need to connect Freshservice?
Two things — your Freshservice domain (the yourco part of yourco.freshservice.com) and a Freshservice API key, which you generate under Profile settings → API key. Nexus reads Freshservice directly with those credentials; nothing proxies through our cloud, because there isn't one.
Does the Freshservice board show CSAT or agent presence?
No. The Freshservice API doesn't expose a CSAT list or live agent presence, so we don't pretend to show them. The board sticks to what Freshservice does give us — incidents and service requests, SLA countdowns, workload by department, queues, trends and a created-volume heatmap.
Can it group work by client or company?
Freshservice is an internal ITSM tool, so it organises people by department rather than external company. Nexus uses your Freshservice departments as the stand-in for teams or business units, showing workload, open volume and SLA health per department on the wall.
How much does the Freshservice wallboard cost, and where does data live?
Flat £29–£119 per month, with unlimited screens and agents — no per-seat pricing. Nexus is self-hosted: it runs on your own server and reads Freshservice directly, so your ticket and SLA data never leaves your infrastructure.
