The self-hosted Kustomer wallboard.

Nexus is a self-hosted Kustomer wallboard: it reads Kustomer directly and puts your live conversations, SLAs at risk, satisfaction and leaderboards on the office TV, a desk or a phone. It runs on your own server, or a private instance we host for you, for a flat £29–£119 a month with unlimited agents and screens.

14 days of Pro on your own Kustomer org. Just your email, no card.

A live Kustomer wallboard in Nexus: conversation queue, at-risk SLAs and leaderboard on a big screen

What does the Kustomer wallboard show?

Conversations & at-risk SLAs

Open and snoozed conversations, open conversations by priority, the unassigned queue oldest first, and an at-risk list from each conversation's own SLA (already breached, or due within a day), so breaches count from a real deadline.

Satisfaction & leaderboards

CSAT from Kustomer satisfaction ratings, per-agent satisfaction, closer leaderboards, streaks and Agent of the Week.

Teams, trends & drill-downs

Your Kustomer teams for team-scoped boards, created-vs-done trends, a weekday-by-hour volume heatmap, and every number drills down to the conversations, linked into Kustomer.

What it doesn't show: Kustomer conversations link to customers rather than companies, so there's no per-client panel; there's also no live presence or first-reply panel, and tags aren't shown because the API returns them as ids. Kustomer records no “done at” time, so the solved trend uses each done conversation's last update, the closest documented signal. Panels a helpdesk can't feed hide themselves.

How do you put Kustomer on a TV? Three steps.

  1. Create an API key

In Kustomer go to Settings → Security → API Keys and create a key with search, conversation, user and team read access, plus conversation update.

  2. Enter it in the wizard

Install Nexus (or add managed hosting and skip the install), then pick Kustomer in the first-run wizard and paste the API key.

  3. Pick panels & cast

Choose your panels and theme, then send the board to the office TV, a desk, or a phone. Your conversation data never leaves your server.

Your Kustomer data stays yours

Nexus calls the Kustomer API straight from your server using your own API key. Conversation and satisfaction data never lands in someone else's cloud. There's no middleman to trust.

Flat, honest pricing

£29–£119/month flat on every plan. Kustomer is included on all of them, with unlimited screens and agents. No per-seat climb as the team grows.

One number across your desks

On Enterprise, Kustomer can also join Blended KPIs as one of up to four extra helpdesks: open, created, solved and SLA breaches as one figure, every desk named underneath.

Kustomer wallboard FAQ.

What do I need to connect Kustomer?

One API key. In Kustomer go to Settings → Security → API Keys and create a key with search, conversation, user and team read access, plus conversation update, then pick Kustomer in the first-run wizard and paste it. Nexus reads the Kustomer API v1 directly.

Why does the Kustomer key need conversation update?

That permission is what lets Switchboard, the auto-routing add-on included with Enterprise, assign a conversation to the engineer it picks. Everything on the board itself is a read.

Does the board show SLA breaches from Kustomer?

Yes, from a real deadline. The at-risk list reads each open conversation's attached SLA (already breached, or its earliest breach time within the next day), and Blended KPIs counts a breach only when that deadline has actually passed.

Does a Kustomer board show customer satisfaction?

Yes, from Kustomer satisfaction ratings, credited to the agent who sent the survey, with a per-agent breakdown. The board scores the desk optimistically, so only unsatisfied ratings pull it down.

Has the Kustomer integration been tested against a live org?

It is built to the Kustomer API v1, with every mapping unit-tested against Kustomer's documented responses. Zendesk is the integration we have live-tested end to end; if anything on your Kustomer board reads oddly, tell us and we will fix it.
