Front wallboardThe self-hosted Front wallboard.
Put your live Front inboxes where the whole team can see them — on the wall, the desk and the phone. Nexus reads Front directly, runs on your own server (or we host it for you), and costs a flat £29–£119/month.

What your Front board shows.
Conversations & going-stale
Open and unassigned conversations across your shared inboxes, plus a going-stale list — open conversations waiting on a reply for over 24 hours, oldest first — so nothing quietly rots in a queue.
Teammate availability & leaderboards
Who's marked available in Front right now, closer leaderboards over the day, week or month, streaks and Agent of the Week — the motivation layer on top of your inboxes.
Accounts, tags & trends
Open conversations per account for an at-a-glance client view, your busiest tags over the last month, your Front teams for scoped boards, and created-vs-archived trends.
Connect Front in three steps.
- Install Nexus
Run the desktop app or the Docker server on hardware you already own — or add managed hosting and skip the install.
- Create an API token
In Front, open Settings → API & Integrations → API tokens and create a token. Paste it into the first-run wizard — Nexus reads your inboxes directly; your conversation data never leaves your server.
- Pick panels & cast
Choose your panels and theme, then send the board to the office TV, a desk, or a phone.

Your Front data stays yours
Nexus calls the Front API straight from your server using your own API token. Conversation data never lands in someone else's cloud — there's no middleman to trust.
Flat, honest pricing
£29–£119/month flat — unlimited screens and teammates, however many inboxes you watch. No per-seat climb as the team grows.
Built for the wall
4K scaling, rotation, themes, a ticker and goal celebrations — designed to live on the office TV all day and keep the queue impossible to miss.
Front wallboard FAQ.
What do I need to connect Front?
One thing: a Front API token, created under Settings → API & Integrations → API tokens. Paste it into the first-run wizard and Nexus reads your shared inboxes directly — conversations, teammates, tags and accounts.
Does a Front board show customer satisfaction?
No — and we would rather be honest than fake it. Front's core API has no native CSAT survey, so the board shows no satisfaction score on Front rather than inventing one. You get conversations, the going-stale list, teammate availability, tags and leaderboards.
How does the board spot conversations going stale?
Front records when a conversation started waiting on a reply. The board lists open conversations that have been waiting more than 24 hours, oldest first — the honest going-stale signal for a tool without SLA due dates.
Can I put the Front wallboard on a TV?
Yes. Nexus is built for the wall — 4K scaling, panel rotation, themes and kiosk/lock mode, so the board runs on an office TV all day and comes back by itself after a reboot. It also casts to a desk or a phone.
Run a different desk?

Demo mode fills the board with realistic sample data in about 30 seconds — no account, no card. Like what you see? Plans start at £29/month flat, with a 14-day free trial — billed only if you keep it.
