The self-hosted Gorgias wallboard.
Nexus is a self-hosted Gorgias wallboard: it reads Gorgias directly and puts your live tickets, satisfaction surveys, busiest tags and leaderboards on the office TV, a desk or a phone. It runs on your own server, or a private instance we host for you, for a flat £29–£119 a month with unlimited agents and screens.
14 days of Pro on your own Gorgias helpdesk. Just your email, no card.

What does the Gorgias wallboard show?
Tickets & the unassigned queue
Open tickets, snoozed tickets as on hold (parked work, never counted as solved), open tickets by priority, the unassigned queue oldest first, and created-vs-closed trends over the day, week or month. Each number drills down to the tickets, linked into Gorgias.
Satisfaction & leaderboards
CSAT from Gorgias satisfaction surveys (4–5 good, 3 neutral, 1–2 bad), per-agent satisfaction, closer leaderboards, streaks and Agent of the Week.
Tags, teams & busy hours
Your busiest tags over the last month, a weekday-by-hour volume heatmap, and your Gorgias teams for team-scoped boards.
What it doesn't show: Gorgias customers are people rather than organisations, and tickets carry no SLA due date, presence or first-reply time, so there's no per-client, at-risk SLA, agent-status or first-reply panel on a Gorgias board. In Blended KPIs its SLA breaches read “not available” rather than a guess. Panels a helpdesk can't feed hide themselves.
How do you put Gorgias on a TV? Three steps.
- Copy your API key
In Gorgias go to Settings → REST API and copy the API key, along with the email of the account it belongs to.
- Enter it in the wizard
Install Nexus (or add managed hosting and skip the install), then pick Gorgias in the first-run wizard and enter your domain (
yourcofromyourco.gorgias.com), that account email and the API key. - Pick panels & cast
Choose your panels and theme, then send the board to the office TV, a desk, or a phone. Your ticket data never leaves your server.

Your Gorgias data stays yours
Nexus calls the Gorgias REST API straight from your server using your own API key. Ticket and survey data never lands in someone else's cloud. There's no middleman to trust.
Flat, honest pricing
£29–£119/month flat on every plan. Gorgias is included on all of them, with unlimited screens and agents. No per-seat climb as the team grows.
One number across your desks
On Enterprise, Gorgias can also join Blended KPIs as one of up to four extra helpdesks: open, created, solved and SLA breaches as one figure, every desk named underneath.
Gorgias wallboard FAQ.
What do I need to connect Gorgias?
Three things from Gorgias: your domain (yourco from yourco.gorgias.com), the email of the account an API key belongs to, and that API key from Settings → REST API. Enter all three in the first-run wizard and Nexus reads the Gorgias REST API directly.
Does a Gorgias board show customer satisfaction?
Yes, from Gorgias satisfaction surveys. A 4 or 5 counts as good, 3 as neutral and 1 or 2 as bad; the board scores the desk optimistically, so only bad scores pull it down, and credits each survey to the ticket's assignee for per-agent satisfaction.
Does the board show SLA breaches from Gorgias?
No, and we would rather be honest than invent them. Gorgias tickets carry no SLA due date, so there is no at-risk SLA list on a Gorgias board, and Blended KPIs reports its SLA breaches as not available rather than guessing.
How are snoozed Gorgias tickets counted?
As on hold. Gorgias closes a ticket while it is snoozed, but it is parked work rather than a resolution, so the board never counts a snoozed ticket as solved.
Has the Gorgias integration been tested against a live helpdesk?
It is built to the Gorgias REST API, with every mapping unit-tested against Gorgias's documented responses. Zendesk is the integration we have live-tested end to end; if anything on your Gorgias board reads oddly, tell us and we will fix it.
