The self-hosted ServiceNow ITSM wallboard.
Nexus is a self-hosted ServiceNow ITSM wallboard: it reads ServiceNow directly and puts live incidents, exact state counts, SLAs at risk and assignment groups on the office TV, a desk or a phone. It runs on your own server, or a private instance we host for you, for a flat £29–£119 a month with unlimited agents and screens.
14 days of Pro on your own ServiceNow ITSM instance. Just your email, no card.

What does the ServiceNow wallboard show?
Incidents with exact counts
Incidents by state (New, In Progress, On Hold, and Awaiting Caller as pending), counted exactly by ServiceNow's Aggregate API rather than from a capped list, plus open incidents by priority, the unassigned queue and created-vs-resolved trends.
SLA at-risk & companies
An at-risk list from your active incident SLAs (breached, or due within a day), so breaches count from a real deadline, and open incidents per company, exactly counted, for an at-a-glance client view.
Assignment groups & leaderboards
Your assignment groups as teams for team-scoped boards, resolver leaderboards, streaks and Agent of the Week, a weekday-by-hour heatmap, and drill-downs that open each incident in ServiceNow.
What it doesn't show: Satisfaction surveys live in ServiceNow's separate assessment tables, so a ServiceNow board shows no CSAT; there's also no live presence or first-reply panel. Canceled incidents are left out of every count. Panels a helpdesk can't feed hide themselves.
How do you put ServiceNow ITSM on a TV? Three steps.
- Create an integration user
In ServiceNow, create a dedicated integration user with the
itilrole, plus read access tosys_user_group,sys_user_grmember,sys_user_has_roleandtask_sla. Withouttask_slaevery panel but the at-risk SLA list still works. - Enter it in the wizard
Install Nexus (or add managed hosting and skip the install), then pick ServiceNow ITSM in the first-run wizard and enter your instance (
yourcofromyourco.service-now.com), that user and its password. - Pick panels & cast
Choose your panels and theme, then send the board to the office TV, a desk, or a phone. Your incident data never leaves your server.

Your ServiceNow data stays yours
Nexus calls the ServiceNow Table and Aggregate APIs straight from your server as your own integration user. Incident data never lands in someone else's cloud. There's no middleman to trust.
Flat, honest pricing
£29–£119/month flat on every plan. ServiceNow ITSM is included on all of them, with unlimited screens and agents. No per-seat climb as the team grows.
One number across your desks
On Enterprise, ServiceNow ITSM can also join Blended KPIs as one of up to four extra helpdesks: open, created, solved and SLA breaches as one figure, every desk named underneath.
ServiceNow ITSM wallboard FAQ.
What do I need to connect ServiceNow?
Your instance name (yourco from yourco.service-now.com) and a dedicated integration user with the itil role, plus its password. Enter them in the first-run wizard and Nexus reads the ServiceNow REST Table and Aggregate APIs directly.
Does the board show SLA breaches from ServiceNow?
Yes, from a real deadline. The at-risk list joins your active incident SLAs (task_sla) to the open incidents that are breached or due within the next day, and Blended KPIs counts a breach only when that deadline has actually passed. The integration user needs read access to task_sla for this list.
Can I give each client company its own ServiceNow board?
Yes. Companies are the clients on a ServiceNow board, with exact per-company open counts, and on Enterprise a client-scoped board adds that company to every query, so each client's screen shows only its own incidents.
Does a ServiceNow board show customer satisfaction?
No, and we would rather be honest than fake it. ServiceNow keeps surveys in separate assessment tables, so a ServiceNow board shows no satisfaction score rather than inventing one.
Has the ServiceNow integration been tested against a live instance?
It is built to the ServiceNow REST Table and Aggregate APIs, with every mapping unit-tested against ServiceNow's documented responses. Zendesk is the integration we have live-tested end to end; if anything on your ServiceNow board reads oddly, tell us and we will fix it.
