Help Scout wallboardThe self-hosted Help Scout wallboard.
Put your live Help Scout mailboxes where the whole team can see them — on the wall, the desk and the phone. Nexus reads Help Scout directly, runs on your own server (or we host it for you), and costs a flat £29–£119/month.

What your Help Scout board shows.
Conversations & the unassigned queue
Active and pending conversations across your mailboxes, the unassigned queue front and centre, and created-vs-closed trends over the day, week or month — the shape of the desk at a glance.
Happiness ratings & leaderboards
CSAT from Help Scout's happiness ratings (Great / Okay / Not Good), scored honestly — only non-Great subtracts — plus per-user happiness, closer leaderboards, streaks and Agent of the Week.
First reply & teams
Average first-reply time from Help Scout's productivity report, and your Help Scout Teams for team-scoped boards and goals. No invented SLAs or priorities — Help Scout doesn't have them, so neither does the board.
Connect Help Scout in three steps.
- Install Nexus
Run the desktop app or the Docker server on hardware you already own — or add managed hosting and skip the install.
- Create a private app
In Help Scout, open My Apps and create a private app. Paste its App ID and App Secret into the first-run wizard — Nexus reads your mailboxes directly; your conversation data never leaves your server.
- Pick panels & cast
Choose your panels and theme, then send the board to the office TV, a desk, or a phone.

Your Help Scout data stays yours
Nexus calls the Help Scout Mailbox API straight from your server using your own private-app credentials. Conversation and happiness data never lands in someone else's cloud — there's no middleman to trust.
Flat, honest pricing
£29–£119/month flat — unlimited screens and users, however many mailboxes you watch. No per-seat climb as the team grows.
Built for the wall
4K scaling, rotation, themes, a ticker and goal celebrations — designed to live on the office TV all day and keep the queue impossible to miss.
Help Scout wallboard FAQ.
What do I need to connect Help Scout?
Just a private app: in Help Scout go to My Apps, create an app, and paste its App ID and App Secret into the first-run wizard. Nexus authenticates with OAuth client credentials and reads your mailboxes directly — no browser redirect, nothing installed in Help Scout.
Does a Help Scout board show customer satisfaction?
Yes — from Help Scout's happiness ratings (Great / Okay / Not Good). The board scores the desk optimistically (only non-Great ratings subtract, so one grumpy reply never reads as 50% satisfaction) and shows per-user happiness too.
Does the board show SLAs or priorities from Help Scout?
No — and we would rather be honest than invent them. Help Scout conversations carry no SLA due dates and no priority field, so those panels simply do not appear on a Help Scout board. You get conversations by status, the unassigned queue, first-reply time from the productivity report, happiness ratings, teams and leaderboards.
Can I put the Help Scout wallboard on a TV?
Yes. Nexus is built for the wall — 4K scaling, panel rotation, themes and kiosk/lock mode, so the board runs on an office TV all day and comes back by itself after a reboot. It also casts to a desk or a phone.
Run a different desk?

Demo mode fills the board with realistic sample data in about 30 seconds — no account, no card. Like what you see? Plans start at £29/month flat, with a 14-day free trial — billed only if you keep it.
