The self-hosted Intercom wallboard.
Nexus is a self-hosted Intercom wallboard: it reads Intercom directly and puts your live conversations, teammate away mode, ratings, first reply and leaderboards on the office TV, a desk or a phone. It runs on your own server, or a private instance we host for you, for a flat £29–£119 a month with unlimited agents and screens.
14 days of Pro on your own Intercom workspace. Just your email, no card.

What does the Intercom wallboard show?
Conversations & the unassigned queue
Open, waiting-on-customer and snoozed conversations, open conversations by priority, the unassigned queue oldest first, and created-vs-closed trends over the day, week or month. Every number drills down to the conversations behind it, with a link into the Intercom inbox.
Ratings, first reply & away mode
CSAT from Intercom's conversation ratings (4–5 good, 3 neutral, 1–2 bad), per-teammate ratings, average first-reply time, and who's available or in away mode right now.
Tags, teams & leaderboards
Your busiest tags over the last month, a weekday-by-hour volume heatmap, your Intercom teams for team-scoped boards, closer leaderboards, streaks and Agent of the Week.
What it doesn't show: Intercom conversations carry no SLA due date and no company, so there's no at-risk SLA list or per-client panel on an Intercom board, and in Blended KPIs its SLA breaches read “not available” rather than a guess. Panels a helpdesk can't feed hide themselves.
How do you put Intercom on a TV? Three steps.
- Get an access token
In Intercom's Developer Hub, create (or open) an app and copy its access token from Authentication.
- Enter it in the wizard
Install Nexus (or add managed hosting and skip the install), then pick Intercom in the first-run wizard, choose the region your workspace is hosted in (
us,euorau) and paste the token. - Pick panels & cast
Choose your panels and theme, then send the board to the office TV, a desk, or a phone. Your conversation data never leaves your server.

Your Intercom data stays yours
Nexus calls the Intercom REST API straight from your server using your own access token. Conversation and rating data never lands in someone else's cloud. There's no middleman to trust.
Flat, honest pricing
£29–£119/month flat on every plan. Intercom is included on all of them, with unlimited screens and agents. No per-seat climb as the team grows.
One number across your desks
On Enterprise, Intercom can also join Blended KPIs as one of up to four extra helpdesks: open, created, solved and SLA breaches as one figure, every desk named underneath.
Intercom wallboard FAQ.
What do I need to connect Intercom?
An Intercom access token and your workspace's region. Create or open an app in Intercom's Developer Hub, copy the access token from Authentication, then pick Intercom in the first-run wizard, choose us, eu or au, and paste the token. Nexus reads the Intercom REST API directly.
Does an Intercom board show customer satisfaction?
Yes, from Intercom's conversation ratings. A 4 or 5 counts as good, 3 as neutral and 1 or 2 as bad; the board scores the desk optimistically, so only bad ratings pull the score down, and shows ratings per teammate too.
Does the board show SLA breaches from Intercom?
No, and we would rather be honest than invent them. Intercom conversations carry no SLA due date, so there is no at-risk SLA list on an Intercom board, and Blended KPIs reports its SLA breaches as not available rather than guessing.
Does it show who is available in Intercom?
Yes. Teammates with away mode switched on show as away and everyone else as available, so the agent-status panel mirrors Intercom's own availability.
Has the Intercom integration been tested against a live workspace?
It is built to the Intercom REST API 2.x, with every mapping unit-tested against Intercom's documented responses. Zendesk is the integration we have live-tested end to end; if anything on your Intercom board reads oddly, tell us and we will fix it.
